Come learn about available resources that can help during tough times. For over 10 years, the Association of African American Professionals (AAAP) community service project, the California Elder Care Initiative, has brought quality public education to seniors, their families, service providers, and policy makers. AAAP forums offer ways for seniors to be their best advocate in the areas of: Medicare, Medi-Cal, Housing, and many quality of life issues.

DREAM Act Debate at USC
The DREAM Act will be the subject of a debate Oct. 28 at USC. The USC College Democrats will argue in favor of passing the DREAM Act and USC College Republicans will argue against it. Audience members will vote on who they think offered the most persuasive arguments and therefore should win the debate.
The debate will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Room 204 of the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
