Helping you build step by step to Homeownership Homeownership Express - is designed to ensure that homebuyers will have the core financial management skills needed to obtain homeownership! This class is a prerequisite and must be taken before Homebuyer education.

The Registration fee is $65.00.

This course will review basic financial fitness strategies such as; understanding your FICO score, savings strategies, credit management tools, how to choose the right bank and financial institutions, creating a sustainable savings plan.
