Compton program shoots for success

Educated Ballers, started by co-founders Joye Abney and Chris Calloway, is a new non-profit youth basketball and education program in Compton, Calif.
The organization recently held its first annual tryouts for children ranging in age from 6-14. The tryouts had special significance for many of the participants, including 8-year-old Joshua Anderson.
