More than 1,000 L.A. residents waited in long lines for free turkey. Some people got to Jackson Llimousine Service on Slauson as early as 2:00 am. And Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was on hand to help hand out the turkeys. Annenberg Radio News reporter Richie Duchon was at the event and talked to local residents as they waited in line.
