Charlie Beck has been on the job for several weeks, but Thursday was the official ceremony at the new Los Angeles Police Headquarters. C. J. Dablo of Annenberg Radio News joined the festivities and talked to the LAPD veteran who is now responsible for keeping the Los Angeles streets safe.
