Civil rights activist Earl Ofari Hutchinson and Minister Robert Taylor speak out against what they call systematic racial profiling.
Civil rights activists gathered Thursday to call for an action plan against what they say is Torrance police department's systematic racial profiling. They are demanding a full justice department probe into the department's practices. Activists say the city of Torrance has repeatedly failed to acknowledge the ongoing issue. Annenberg Radio News' Amina Karam has the story.
