Don’t Dump on L.A. program reviewed
One year after the Don't Dump on LA launched, city officials note that illegal trash dumping has been down by almost half. The program targets major areas in the Los Angeles and Wilmington areas that deperately need cleaning up. CJ Dablo of Annenberg Radio News talks to residents in two target neighborhoods who have noticed a drop in the number of sofas, mattresses and even dead dogs that used to litter their streets.
