MTA proposes light rail for the Crenshaw Corridor

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority released a report saying that light rail is the best choice for a new transit system in the Crenshaw Corridor. The project will cost $1.7 billion. But, some say a rapid bus line is a better option because it will be cheaper and even faster. Jessica Flores of Annenberg Radio News has reaction.
