A new health center opened in downtown Los Angeles on Skid Row that will serve around 9,000 people annually. The Center of Community Health in Downtown LA opened thanks to a partnership between LA County, the Weingart Foundation and the John Wesley Community Health Institute. Karen Marcus of Annenberg Radio News has the story.
