South Los Angeles residents will have access to better health care when a new Kaiser Permanente opens on Manchester Avenue near Western. The facility will serve 80,000 residents who belong to Kaiser in a 10 million dollar facility. The center is set to open in 2011. Stephanie Guzman of Annenberg Radio News reports.
