The Inglewood City Council is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run of a pedestrian Gilbert Carranza, a 58-year-old Inglewood resident, was struck and killed on June 6, 2009 at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and 107th Street. Police say he was hit by a van that may be a white Dodge Caravan. Carranza was taken to Centinela Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
